From Kenilworth Estate, Ceylon's most popular estate known for its flavorful and well-made orange pekoe teas.
Kenilworth is one of Sri Lanka's oldest tea estates.
Halfway up the Central Highlands, Kenilworth is considered a " Medium Grown" tea because the weather there is not as hot as in the valleys and not as cool in the mountains.
Kenilworth is the western tea section, known as "Dimbula".
Kenilworth estate is neat and tidy. The estate makes full leaf tea that is wonderfully mellow.
Dry Leaves: Brown black leaves, long and elegantly twisted.
Liquor: Kenilworth brews up a lovely rose brown.
Aroma: Sharp, bright notes of wood and warm honey.
Caffeine Level: Caffeinated
Body: Mellow, and medium-bodied.
Flavors: The tea has rounded and gently roasted honey flavors.

Brewing Temperature: 212° F
