Food items and teas are non-returnable. All other items can be returned within 14 days from the shipping date. Return shipment charges are the responsibility of the buyer.
If you need to return an item, please Contact Us with your order number and details about the product you would like to return. We will respond quickly with instructions for how to return items from your order.
Shipping
We can ship to virtually any address in the United States including Military Bases outside the US.
We try to ship within 1 to 2 business days, if the tea or item is in stock.
The US Post Office takes 1 to 5 days to deliver teas, so your order may take 2 to 7 days to reach you.
We only charge $5.99 flat rate shipping.

Do You Do Order Tracking?
We send emails to our customers about their orders. As soon as we have the USPS tracking number for a package we send it to our customers in an email. A customer could just google the tracking number and be taken to the USPS site to track their package.
