Mochi Flower Tea
Fruit and Herbal tea blend flavored (Raspberry Blossom)
This fruit tea was inspired by the Japanese rice cakes. This increasingly popular New Year‘s sweet is available in supermarkets with a variety of fillings. A subtle sweetness with a fresh taste of delicious raspberries, cream and a hint of floral notes of red and blue blossoms seduce us. Beetroot lends a bright cup color. Visually, this creation features playful, colorful sugar flowers, mallow and marigold blossoms.
Ingredients: pineapple cubes (pineapple, sugar), apple pieces, ginger cubes (sugar, ginger, acidifying agent: citric acid), sugar flowers (sugar, rice flour, rice oil, potato starch, flavour, beetroot juice concentrate, colouring agents: curcumin, riboflavin, real carmine, indigotine), beetroot, flavoring, marigold blossoms, mallow blossoms.
Important: Always brew with boiling water and let infuse for 5-10 minutes in order to obtain a safe beverage.
Steep for 10-12 minutes at 203-212 degrees Fahrenheit using 1-2 level tsp. for each 6 oz serving.
Note: Contains beetroot and sugar and rice.
