Hyssop herb is a versatile product that's in the mint family. It's primarily used as an ingredient in teas and often combined with horehound herb. It adds taste and aroma to soups, casseroles and sauces. Hyssop is also used as a gargle. It blends perfectly with any cooking when used in moderation. Remove the cut and sifted flowers from the blend and mix them with fruits and green salads to add more taste, color and texture to the serving. 

Directions

To prepare as a tea, pour 8 oz. boiling water over 1 tsp. of herb. Cover and steep 3-5 minutes, strain and serve immediately.
 
Safety Guideline: Not for use during pregnancy except under the supervision of a qualified health practitioner.
