Green tea (56 %), green Mate tea, coconut flakes, flavoring, rose petals, blue cornflower blossoms
Green yerba mate has about as much caffeine as coffee.
Steep for 2 minutes at 176 degrees Fahrenheit using 1 level tsp. for each 6 oz serving.
