Drink 1 cup before each meal and 1 cup after the meal, and anytime in between.

Three Hour Tea Diet Plan
Eat meals every 3 hours
- Cut your regular meal portions to half or even 1/3.
- Have protein in most meals, this will keep your body satisfied.
- Drink dessert tea* after meal, if still craving food. Or if in a restaurant don’t go for the bread basket, get tea as a starter.
- Drink tea between meals – there are hundreds of teas to choose for that special treat, however some slimming* teas can additionally speed up your metabolism and help curb the appetite.
Other Helpful Hints:
- Use large size plate, your food is going to look “more”
- Eat slowly, sip tea between bites
- Cut your food with the knife, it will slow down your intake
- Make food portions in advance, don’t get hungry without it
- Make time for meals every 3 hrs, if you skip or delay your meal, you will be tempted to eat much more!
- Eat anything your little heart desires, just in small portions, avoid high fatty foods though. If you want a chocolate cake, have it for one of your meals!
- Read calorie and fat content, it is a good wake-up call!
- Check weight daily, you will like what you see :)
- If ordering food in the restaurant, ask for a takeout container right away, and separate half or even more of your meal for later. Too much food on the plate might have you accidently eat it all! Carry your good tea with you, most restaurants will gladly give you hot water (and lemon..lol). Save money and lose weight!

Brewing Instructions:
Cup: Place 1 heaping teaspoon into the tea strainer and pour 180°F/82°C water over it. Let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
Pot: Place 1 slightly heaping teaspoon of loose tea, for each 7-9oz/200-260ml of fluid volume in the teapot. Pour the boiling water into the teapot. Cover and let steep for 3-7 minutes according to taste (the longer the steeping time the stronger the tea).
Adding milk or sugar is not recommended.
